Public Conversations
Some of the most important leadership questions are best answered in community. They must be explored through conversation across sectors, disciplines, and lived experience.
Alongside my coaching and facilitation work, I moderate public conversations that bring together leaders, practitioners, and thinkers to examine the challenges shaping institutions and societies today.
These dialogues create space for deep listening, thoughtful disagreement, and shared inquiry into how leadership is practiced in complex environments.
The Role I Play
I guide conversations that are both reflective and rigorous. Drawing on my background in journalism and facilitation, I help participants:
- Surface difficult questions
- Navigate disagreement constructively
- Translate experience into insight
- Connect wisdom across sectors and disciplines
